Palaboi / Workflow teardown

Find the work your systems keep dropping.

In 10 business days, you get a clear map of what to automate, what deserves a custom build, and what should stay with a person.

Where work leaks

Your business probably does not need more software.

It needs a view of where time, context, and accountability disappear between the tools you already have.

Duplicate entry

The same information gets entered into two or three systems.

Conflicting records

Your CRM, scheduler, and accounting tool each tell a different story.

Invisible ownership

One person knows how everything works, so everything waits for them.

Expensive guesswork

Someone said you should use AI, but nobody can say where it would actually pay back.

Make the right call

AI is not the decision. The workflow is.

Automate the known work

Connect routine steps, move data, create records, send updates, and remove repeatable handoffs.

Build where the workflow is valuable

Create a focused system when off-the-shelf software does not fit the work.

Protect the human step

Keep judgment with people when automation would add fragility, risk, or needless complexity.

What leaves the room

A buildable operating plan, not a strategy deck.

Use it with Palaboi or take it to another builder.

Workflow map

Decision split

Every opportunity marked automate, build, or leave alone.

Tool and data check

What the current stack supports and what is blocking it.

Ranked opportunities

Scope, dependencies, and a sensible first release.

Work directly with Dan

The person who maps the workflow is the person who builds the system.

I'm Dan Iman, the builder behind Palaboi. I work directly with operational teams to turn scattered processes into usable CRM foundations, pipelines, automations, portals, and custom web systems.

I'm based in the Philippines and work mostly with US clients. You will not be handed from a strategist to a junior implementation team.

A good fitA repeatable workflow is causing delays, rework, or unclear ownership, and the people doing the work can be involved.

FAQ

Sensible questions before spending $2,000.

Why pay for an assessment when agencies do discovery for free?

Free discovery usually exists to scope the agency's preferred service. This teardown is the product: a buildable map and ranked roadmap you can use with Palaboi or take elsewhere.

Can’t I just ask ChatGPT what to automate?

ChatGPT can suggest patterns. It cannot observe your real handoffs, exceptions, permissions, data quality, and team behavior without a structured discovery process.

What if I already know what I want built?

If the scope is clear, we can skip the teardown and quote the build directly. The teardown is for uncertainty about the right problem or sequence.

What if the plan says we do not need AI?

That is a valid result. You still receive the workflow map, ranked opportunities, and a practical recommendation based on the work.

Who owns the roadmap and deliverables?

You do. The deliverables are yours to use internally or with another builder.

Book the teardown

Show me the workflow that keeps stealing time.

Tell me enough to understand the operating problem. I'll review it personally and reply with fit, timing, and the next step.
